The Food…featuring a new Veggie Block

Blues, Brews and Barbecue offers more than just great food, drinks, and music! Many outstanding food and craft vendors are joining us this year. There are a variety of delicious food options for everyone. From Aunt Jackie’s Perogies to Mr. BBQ 911 to Josie’s Fancy Funnel Cakes – there’s a lot of great places we don’t want you to miss! Atomic Hogs, Aw Shucks Roasted Corn, Baron Von Schwein, Blend Life, Grumpy’s, Island in the Sun, Pop’s Original, and The Udder Bar are just a handful of places that are a must! Vegan or vegetarian? No problem! This year we are extremely excited to announce that we will have a Veggie Block located at the 500 block this year providing vegetarian and vegan options! Make sure to swing by Heavenly Hot Dogs for some tasty, vegan food.

The Crafts

In addition to the food vendors, there are many unique craft vendors that are joining us this year. Barkley’s Bakery will be selling their homemade, organic dog treats for all the furry friends joining us at the festival. Make sure to head to Butchers Cut Jerky for some scrumptious beef jerky! Bodacious Caricatures will also be there drawing fun cartoon pictures of you and your friends to take home from the festival. Lastly, we are ecstatic to have Kai’s Rock n Roll Bowls here at Blue’s, Kai is a 9-year-old kid who takes old vinyl record and repurposes them into beautiful bowls. Make sure to go and check out his exceptional art!

More Things To Do at Blues!

If the food and craft vendors aren’t enough, there’s even more going on in the festival this year! There will be a Kids Art Experience on the ArtsWalk in front of Re:find’s Gallery on the Walk. This will be a perfect place for kids to go and have fun! Many downtown businesses will also be participating in the festival. The extremely popular Pop-Up store The Truffle Bar is back and we are eager to have them participate in the festival this year selling their staple truffle and providing a NEW flavor for Blues! Additionally, Revive Hair Salon, Sorrelli, Token 645, and more will all be a part of this year’s 11th Annual Blues, Brews, and Barbecue Festival. If you’re still looking for more, check out our Celebrity Bartenders in the 600 block who include Mayor Ray O’Connell, Councilpersons Candida Affa, Julio Guridy, Courtney Robinson, and Representative Peter Schweyer! This will be a day you won’t forget. We hope to see you there!
